Updates from Evs

New email just came in from Evs Dropr.

Check out the Company’s write-up on “The German”: http://www.primatechpaper.com/AT_2.0/assignmentTracker.php?subject=7aed799a7ce94f78811b22f2189f4997.

Fools. They’ve made an art of overlooking the obvious. The German has a few surprises up his sleeve yet…

Any idea what surprises (s)he’s talking about?

The German’s Profile Updated

It would appear that The German’s profile has been updated to include Personal History, and Psychological Profile. And I believe his Last Known Location of NYC was recently changed too.

Personal History
[Paragraph Omitted: Classified]

The Company first learned abbout the subject after major law enforcement organizations across Europe and the United States linked a rash of unusual bank robberies to a single individual. The suspect — known only as “The German” due to witness accounts of his accent — apparently used extreme force to penetrate physical security measures, tearing bank vault doors in half and blasting holes through reinforced steel walls. Yet law enforcement agencies were unable to find any chemical or physical evidence of explosives or tools.

Despite a pre-operational consensus that the subject was a posthuman capable of manipulating metal, the extent of the subject’s abilities was not realized until the acquisition itself. [Sentence Omitted: Classified] At one point, the subject was able to redirect bullets in mid-are, killing Agent Patterson with his own weapon. [Sentence Omitted: Classified]

[Paragraph Omitted: Classified]

Psychological Profile
As a result of the subject’s initial counter-strategy upon regaining consciousness after retrieval — see CSIR-0704 for facilities impact report — the subject has been maintained under Class IV sedation while additional measures are implemented to facilitate further communication. [Sentence Omitted: Classified]

Pre-operational analysis indicated that the subject inflicted bodily and extraneous property damage only when necessary to achieve primary objectives - generally large-scale theft - but new intelligence gained during the subject retrieval suggests significant potential for improvement in the initial pyschological profile. Additional psychoanalysis is expected to reveal highly sociopathic instincts, apparently projected in close psychological association with the subject’s posthuman ability.

Update 7/15/08: Evs sent an email regarding these updates.

The German got away

I apologize for the lateness of this post. The new voicemail, email and text message came in yesterday afternoon, but i’ve been busy remodeling our master bathroom [that's a good excuse, right?].

First, the text message:

Thompson’s been receiving a high volume of voicemails. Check them out on ur comp at boards.9thwonders.com/index.php?showtopic=63845

B. The email:

I’m not so sure that 9th wonders is the safest place for me to be posting anymore. I’m searching for a new outlet. I’ve posted a few more of Thompson’s voicemails so you’re all in the loop of everything that’s going on in and out of the Company. Check the thread: http://boards.9thwonders.com/index.php?showtopic=63845&st=150&gopid=688124&#entry688124

3, the voicemail:

20080702_recording__12292949827_20080702_172932.wav ( 371.14K )
Transcript: Our European friend got away. There’s no need for pestering [pasture finding?]. He won’t bother anyone else. You need to check out this 9th Wonders thing. I think they’re on to us. The mole may be getting deeper. I’ll check in later.

So, how did The German get away? And why won’t he be bothering anyone else?

Company lieutenant Gael Cruz traveled to Germany on assignmentwith field agents Devin Patterson and Gael’s fiancé, Bianca Karina. Their assignment — to bag and tag a bank robber known only as The German. When Bianca learned Gael was investigating her as a double agent, the status of their engagement was called into question. Unbeknownst to the agents, Evs Dropper has already warned The German of their presence and sent him on a murderous course…

Patterson and his PDA

Yesterday Evs posted some new info at 9thWonders.

Patterson is snoopier (or more bored) than I expected. He used his PDA’s camera to take some unauthorized pix of the location where the bag & tag is going to happen. I need to know what he knows.

His PDA password is four characters. If you enter the wrong password enough, you get the password hint question: “B KA****” Figure out what goes where those stars are; I’m guessing that’s the PDA password.

This German is a big deal. Devin can’t be getting underfoot. Let’s get into that PDA.

The missing letters appear to be R-I-N-A, obviously a nod towards Bianca Karina, another of The Company’s agents.

The PDA can be found under a new link, called Evidence, added to the German’s Assignment Tracker Profile under the Personal History section.

Put in the password, and you can see 16 pictures under the label ‘Ohne Titel’ [Without Title, in German]. These appear to be taken from a cell phone. There is alot of data in these images… so maybe there is something important in them.

Today Evs sent a text and an email:
Text message,

Got into Patterson’s PDA. Found some doc photos. I linked the footage 2 the German’s Assignment Tracker. Anything useful? 1-800-PRIMA16, same passcode as before

Leave Evs a voicemail, using the passcode 42307.

And the email…

Bianca Karina was the PDA password, huh? Sometimes it’s the simple things. Think Patterson has eyes for his partner? That might be useful. Maybe not.

I’m looking at the footage I got of Patterson’s PDA. He shot some pics of a desk, apparently the German’s, although I don’t recognize all the info. See if you can piece together anything useable before the Company does. I posted the surveillance of Patterson’s PDA on the German’s Assignment Tracker for now. Check it out at http://www.primatechpaper.com/AT_2.0/at_C014_file.php.

So, anyone find anything interesting in those pictures? Continue reading for all the images and their translations.

Evs Dropper has continued to overrun the Company’s resources, successfully turning agents against each other. But the stakes to identify Evs Dropper are higher than ever after Agent Devin Patterson, while on a mission to find Evs Dropper, killed Agent Cushing, an innocent person with special abilities. The question remains - to what end will all this infighting lead…?
