Evs Dropper’s New Group

Evs sent us a new email today with a new site.

Okay, allies, this is the home stretch. Tension is so thick around here you could cut it up with a knife and take a piece home as a souvenir. You’ve done well by me, and it’s time for me to show you more of the picture. I get a lot of my info from Trojan viruses that I’ve planted on the Company servers. I’m going to port the incoming data onto a private site so you can monitor Company chatter in real-time. Be ready to respond fast if I call for help. Seems corporate sites have better security. Look for the data, create a profile, and join my group to keep an eye on the chatter at http://my.nbc.com/groups/evs-dropper.

So, as we head over there, you can see there are a bunch of posts, posted by trojan_intercept, which seems to be automatically posted when Evs intercepts, via a trojan, communication from one of The Company’s agents.

Description: I’ve planted a Trojan virus on The Company mainframe that allows my allies to monitor recent Company email, blogs, and maps.

The latest post has a postcard asking if any of the other agents knew what city it was. Comments to the post say Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

There are only a few other posts there, kinda interesting though. Mostly agents looking for info on leads they’ve received.

Evs profile [about: this profile has been automatically created by evs-trojan] doesn’t have anything in it at the moment.

Has The Company Intercepted Our Text Messages?

New text in from Evs…

New guy in the funhouse! Want 2 know how he got bagged? A text the company snagged. Could u have cracked it? Check email or 9th Wonders.

Is Evs talking about Echo from the webisodes and today’s graphic novel.

Update: Evs has now also posted on 9thWonders:

Well, there’s a new guy in the funhouse! (See here - http://www.nbc.com/Heroes/novels/novels_display.shtml?novel=96)) Want to know how he got bagged? A text message the Company snagged. Could you have cracked it? Here’s what they intercepted:

HeroesWiki Interviews: Evsdropr

Well, I don’t know how he did it, but Ryan Gibson Stewart was able to get an interview with the one and only Evsdropr. The questions were submitted by fan’s, and Ryan forwarded them to Evs.

Probably the most interesting answer received is:

RS: How do you earn a living?

ED: I’m on the Company payroll.

I think it was safe to assume Evs worked for the company in some capacity, but now we know for sure. Hopefully in the near future we can find out more about that.

Check out this interview here.

Kill Squad is not part of Evs plan

Evs sent out an email and text message, that I got in the middle of a meeting with the base commander, a Rear Admiral… that’s two stars to you non-military folk. Anyway, Evs is claiming that the kill squad isn’t on the same team (s)he is… but if they happen to take out some of her targets, so be it, but (s)he is worried about them taking out some of her double agents.

Here’s the email:

The kill squad has no real purpose for killing specials besides flexing testosterone. See for yourselves at: http://www.nbc.com/Heroes/novels/index.shtml?novel=95.

They are not on my side, however, it’s likely that they’ll wipe out some of the agents that are still in my way. Keep an eye on Fallon and his team, for they may cause some serious damage. At least my actions have reasons.

The text:

The Kill Squad is as sneaky as they come; they bette rnot jeopardize my mission. See them here: www.nbc.com/Heroes/novels/index.shtml?novel=95

Updates from Evs

New email just came in from Evs Dropr.

Check out the Company’s write-up on “The German”: http://www.primatechpaper.com/AT_2.0/assignmentTracker.php?subject=7aed799a7ce94f78811b22f2189f4997.

Fools. They’ve made an art of overlooking the obvious. The German has a few surprises up his sleeve yet…

Any idea what surprises (s)he’s talking about?

Evs Dropr wants to know, do you “Like jigsaw puzzles?”

Got a new text message and email from Evs Dropr, and a puzzle.

The text

I’ve been picking through the trash at the Company. Like jigsaw puzzles? Check this out: http://www.9thwonders.com/scan.jpg

The email:

So the shredder is out on the next floor. Somebody has been making do with scissors and their friendly neighborhood trash can. (Don’t ask how I know this.) Do you like jigsaw puzzles? Good… Check this out: http://www.9thwonders.com/scan.jpg

Update: Here is the puzzle solved [linked so not to spoil it for those who want to solve it], thanks to PLabrozzi on 9thWonders for doing the Photoshop work. No PS for me here at work.. I was about to try it with real paper. :)

“In order for Kill Squad to work, I need a charismatic leader, someone who believes in Kill Squad with a religious fervor. Kill Squad needs to be their god, their reason to go on living. Someone who views the world as two groups: part of Kill squad, not part of Kill Squad. Unfortunately, the Company also sees the world in two groups: the ones who comply, and the ones who don’t. In order for someone who is in the Company to be willing to lead Kill Squad, they will have to be in transition: that means a recent crisis, reopening deep psychological wounds. That’s my Kill Squad captain.”
